A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance is due one month prior to your hire date. Once the final payment has been made, the booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

Use of the Space
By hiring the studio, you agree to:
Use the space only for the purpose agreed in advance
Leave the studio as you found it, please hoover the space and wipe down all used equipment.
Be respectful of other residents within the local area.
You may not:
Access the neighbouring home, although access to the toilet only can be pre-agreed separately.
Move large furniture, wall hangings, or any of the pieced of equipment.
Remove any items from the building
Nail, pin, or affix anything to the walls
Interfere with safety or security equipment or cleaning equipment. including the hoover.
Access & Timing
The studio is available only for the times booked, inclusive of setup and pack-down.
Flex & Reset is a staff-free venue. You will be met on arrival and shown the space. Once the studio has been left tidy, someone will return to close the venue.
Please ensure your session finishes on time.
Incense may be used with care but not candles — please be mindful of fabrics and furnishings
Mat converters and equipment must be cleaned with the sprays provided and returned back to their previous state
Please dispose of all waste
Flex & Reset is not responsible for personal belongings brought into the studio or left behind after your hire.
You will be liable for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage or missing items, including but not limited to:
Missing or damaged Pilates and studio equipment, this incudes cleaning equipment
Stains to furniture or fabrics requiring professional cleaning
Damage to electricals, doors, walls, windows, curtains, or fittings
In the event of a fire, you are responsible for evacuating all guests, including checking the toilets.
You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and for ensuring the space is treated with care and respect.
