Full Terms & Conditions of Use
By signing up to participate in Flex & Reset Pilates classes, you are confirming that you have read and agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions set out below (Terms and Conditions).
If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in our classes. We reserve the right to change, update or reissue these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted to our Website and you agree to be bound by such changes.
References to “we”, “us”, “Alex” and/or “our” in these Terms and conditions is a reference to Flex & Reset Pilates and “you”, ”your”, ”yours”, “client/s”, “attendees” means you, the customer.
1. Your Health, Well-Being & Responsibility
As with all exercise programmes, participants are advised not undertake strenuous physical activity without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical conditions. Alex reserves the right to refuse access to any individual if she considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by their participation in the class.
It is the attendees’ responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any programme that they follow or class that they take part in. Clients accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any programme or class. If in doubt ASK YOUR DOCTOR OR PHYSCIAN. Flex and Reset Pilates accepts no liability for injury.
Listen to your body, and do not to push yourself into a situation where you find yourself very short of breath or experience any other physical discomfort that concerns you.
You must notify us if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions which may impact upon your ability to perform the exercises in our classes.
By undertaking any exercise program you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk, that that the creators, producers, instructors and distributors of our exercise programs will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or liability of whatsoever nature arising as a result of, or in connection with, your undertaking of any such exercise program or following advice contained on our website or given by our instructors.
2. Your Personal Information
Your personal information collected by us in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be viewed on our website (https://www.flexandreset.co.uk/). In signing up to the free trial you are consenting to your details being added to our database and you will receive regular emails from us. Please contact alex@flexandreset.co.uk if you need these details removing.
3. Zoom
All the live classes currently take place on Zoom. If you don’t already have an account with Zoom please download the app on your phone or computer and set up a free one. To minimise disruption please aim to be online 5 minutes prior to the class start time and try to set the camera up so I can see you.
Once the class has started, you might not be given access to the Zoom class.
4. Pregnancy
The regular classes are safe for women to attend up to 12 weeks of pregnancy. Once pregnancy reaches 12 weeks, it is required that you start attending the prenatal classes. These speciality classes are designed and to help pregnant women throughout their entire pregnancy, if they feel comfortable to do so.
5. Prices, Booking & Payment
Our current prices and timetables are displayed on our website. From time to time, our prices may change and these will be notified on the Website. There are a set number of spaces in each class. To attend a class, you must reserve a space. Bookings can be made online, via our website. If you have difficulties please email alex@flexandreset.co.uk with your details. All payments for future classes are made via the website by debit or credit card via Stripe.
6. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Where payment has been made this will not be refunded if a cancellation takes place less than 24 hours-notice before the class.
7. Class Packages / Class Passes
All classes (aside from the first three free classes) must be pre-paid before attending. You may do this when booking your place in a class, via a one-off payment or a pre-paid package. The sale of each class packages is subject to specific terms and conditions including time limitations and/or class attendance limitations.
A class package entitles the holder to take part in Zoom classes offered. Class packs are non-transferrable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser.
Each class package contains a strict expiry date. If the number of classes for which the class pack entitles attendance have not been used by the holder before the expiry date, then those classes will expire and no refund will be given for any unused classes.
The sale of a class package is final. Flex & Reset Pilates does not offer any refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on class packs for illness, injury, change of mind, user error, change of address, unsuitability or any other reason.
Current prices and expiry time frames for each type of class pack can be found on our booking system and may be amended from time to time.
8. Mumsnet Premium Members Offer
All new members via Mumsnet Premium have this exclusive opportunity to gain their first 3 classes free. This is by using these codes, one for each class booked: MUMSNET1, MUMSNET2, MUMSNET3. These are valid for 30 days after the first free class has first been used / activated. This offer is currently valid until the 1st March 2021.
9. Gift Vouchers
From time to time we may offer gift vouchers for sale. Gift vouchers are limited to the current GBP value held on the voucher and are not redeemable for cash. Unredeemed balances on Gift Vouchers are not refundable. Gift Vouchers may not be returned, resold or used for any unauthorised advertising, marketing, sweepstakes or other promotional purpose.
10. Class Schedules
Class Schedules are subject to change or cancellation without notice. For any class that is changed or cancelled, we will provide you with a class credit in accordance with the class schedule.
11. Conditions of Attendance
Alex reserves the right to refuse access to any individual if she considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by their participation in the class. Clients are required to wear appropriate attire for physical exercise.
For the enjoyment of all participants in the Zoom class participants will be muted once the class starts.
12. Misuse of Class Packs
We reserve the right, in our discretion, to suspend or terminate your use of Class Packages / Passes if we suspect any fraud or misuse of our booking system.
13. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms if the delay was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of god, terrorism, explosion, flood, storm, fire, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T, viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.
14. Waiver
No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate as a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver, to be effective, must be in writing.
15. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms together with our disclaimer and any policies we have in force from time to time constitute the entire agreement between us and you and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement, or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between us and you.
17. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Flex & Reset Pilates customers should note we reserve the right to contact you with important account information deemed necessary to ensure you receive an effective service. This includes the communication of results and other information deemed by Flex & Reset Pilates to be relevant and important in ensuring you receive the best possible service and results. Flex & Reset Pilates distinguishes between important account information and communications intended to keep you informed generally about Add People promotions, discounts, products and services which you will receive unless you inform us you do not want to.
Flex & Reset Pilates will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about Flex & Reset Pilates services.
